We stayed here while en route from Málaga to Bilbao and we're so glad we did! We had our dog and our 8 month old baby with us, the shaded parking, super spacious room and hotel in general was perfect and so accommodating to our needs, even offering a generously late checkout before getting back on the road. Despite it being the very end of September, off-season, it was still unseasonably hot and we were very glad to find the pool and loungers still available, as well as all of the amenities like the gym, spa, room service, bar and restaurant still operational. This wasn't the case in other places we stayed at in Spain and it really left a great impression. The breakfast is delicious, and we got room service dinner to our room with a nice bottle of wine while enjoying the beautiful sunset views. Highly recommend, and we're just sorry we didn't stay another night!

Poor experience. Hotel structure is OK, but not more than that. Rooms are spacious and clean. Corny decoration. Staff is unbelievably unhelpful. I've had the impression they think guests are invisible. Some waiters (2 men and 2 women) were very nice and tried their best to help us (unfortunately I don't know their names). But for them, service is terrible. One must struggle to order a drink at the outdoor pool area. No help to open or move an umbrella. SPA does not meet expected cleanliness standards (indoor pools water not very clear, sauna didn't smell well). We did not feel comfortable there. Fitness center totally outdated and most equipment out of service, lack maintenance. Breakfast is just ok, but sometimes they don't replace/refill food. Definitely not a 5 star hotel (maybe 4...). We're never coming back.

dinner was excellent, rooms just great, sleeping room 23 degree was fine, bathroom no working heater, staff brought a mobile one to overcome. Staff in general very friendly. Spa was great, even we had no time to use it

A fabulous find en route from Marbella heading north. Set way off the main road this place is just perfect for a peaceful overnight stop. Wonderful room and fabulous spa. The food was also amazing. Views are tremendous so nothing negative to report.

Absolutely wonderful - staff, service, facilities and setting were superb. The bedroom was extremely comfortable with fantastic views across the vineyards and olive groves. The spa was very nice and relaxing. Dinner was very good, the venison, perfectly pink and tender. I would return in a heartbeat.||
